Livtar means “devotion through sound.”
It’s also my spiritual name. And a daily practice of remembering what we are: human beings (not human doings).
I created Livtar to give people what I needed most: a way to slow down, self-regulate, and reconnect.
It’s not about religion, manifesting, or perfect poses. It’s about your breath, your body, and your presence.
Everything I share is rooted in Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), the yogic sciences, and sound healing—adapted to real life.
